Phil Leahy is the OpenAthens Service Relationship Manager for the UK National Health Service, as well as for content providers using OpenAthens products and services to support federated access management on their platforms. Phil joined what was then called the Athens Helpdesk in 2000 so he has seen significant change in access management technologies during that time.
