<p>Nicoleta-Roxana Dinu<span style="font-weight: 400;"> holds a PhD degree in library and information science. She has worked several years in the Library of the Romanian-American University and in the "Carol I" Central University Library of Bucharest. Since 2013 she has been working at the National Library of Romania, firstly in the Digital Library Department and from 2019 till now in the Institutional Development Department where she is in charge of the methodological activities addressed to Romanian public libraries.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She collaborates with </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Profesional de la información</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> scientific journal.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She is the editor of the e-LIS repository for Romania and Moldova.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She regularly attends international congresses and conferences and has published articles on digitization, open access, and management of scientific journals.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She is the InfoShare Chair SIG III of the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) and a member of the Romanian Library Association (ABR).</span></p>
