John Dove

Biography

I am working to end all technical and financial barriers standing in the way of free and open access to all peer-reviewed scholarly journals, world-wide. My consultancy takes on projects with organizations that are committed to accelerating adoption of Open Access. I also take on and advise, on a pro bono basis, a number of Open Access initiatives that advance the transition to Open Access.
