Emily Hazzard supports Silverchair's product solutioning and vision, foster collaboration and communication around Silverchair product, and work across the organization to improve business processes and implement best practices. She started at Silverchair on the Client Services team, and her love of helping clients identify opportunities for their products, sites, services, and workflows inspired her to become a Business Analyst, where she worked for many years with the team supporting OUP before moving into her current role.
