Chair and Retired Chief Librarian, International Library Statistics Working Group, ISO TC 46 SC 8 Quality - Statistics and Performance Evaluation, and Muenster University Library
Dr. Roswitha Poll is member of several groups within ISO TC 46 SC 8 “Quality – Statistics and Performance Evaluation”, chairing the working group for international library statistics. She was chief librarian of Münster University Library from 1987 to 2004 and now works in projects dealing with the evaluation of libraries and other cultural institutions.
