Dr. Monita K Shastri

She has been associated with Nirma University for about twenty years, heading all libraries on campus as a Chief Librarian. She did her Bachelors in Botany and Chemistry from Lucknow University and holds a PhD degree in Library Science on the topic 'Relation between Emotional Intelligence and Creativity of library professionals'. She has keen interest in the topics related to Library services, user studies and HR studies. She has attended various Seminars, Workshops and Conferences at National as well as International levels and has a few papers to her credit.
